IIES study and prepare professional report for Design Changes & value engineering, Variation Management and claims against time extension etc.

IIES keen to advice Developers from the design stage itself with intent of creating a retail complex that is tailor made to the community's needs and requirements. Following is a brief scope of works that IIES can provide in stages of pre development, post construction and asset deliverables of the premises.

During Pre development stage IIES perform as Development advisory (shopping mall, residential, commercial, Educational complex etc.). Technical support in terms of civil and MEP issues, Consultancy services engaged by specialist consultants if mandatory or by in-house team, project supervision during construction stage to ensure quality and assurance meet the desired parameters.

Post development includes Preparing asset management register in order to ensure landlord's assets are maintained without value loss during life time of the building, Budgeting on incoming and outgoing's on the project at an operational stage, Preparing asset maintenance programs including routine and annual maintenance programs, Benchmark service collection program including budgeting and reconciliation, Procurement and contracts management (outsourced), Creating in-house facilities team for resident management like housekeeping, maintenance staffing etc. Utility maintenance with utmost importance on energy saving methodologies, Fit out management through dedicated technical team call it Retail Delivery Services, Carrying our regular internal and external inspection of tenancies and relating to any disparities for rectification.

IIES expertise to achieve delivery of premise with all items in the list of deliverables as per the contract between owner and the contractor before the contractor leave project. It is expected that the center would be developed and handed over to incumbent operators in a completed state with all asset delivery package on the development.
